One of the easiest ways to make a sale is to connect with your customer. people like to do business with people who they like.
Often times sales people are so worried about making money that they forget about the customers needs.

The easiest way to crack out the sale is to attract the customers and the best way is to understand their psychology. This view is clearly mentioned in the post.

This is a great quote because customers are people too, and no one likes being sold to. If you are friendly and let the customer “sell” themselves you will get more business.
