Micro to Millions Microloan for Women

count_me_in_micro_to_millions The Micro to Millions Microloan is available to women business owners who have had their business for at least 2 years. Micro to Millions is offered by Count Me In for Women’s Economic Independence, a New York City based non-profit that offers access to money, mentoring, marketing and technology, all the tools women entrepreneurs need to help grow their businesses.

Micro to Millions microloans of up to $5,000 are available to women entrepreneurs.

Applications are accepted via an online application ONLY
Available to US residents only.
A person/company may only apply one (1) time per event.
Your business must be earning revenues less than $250,000
Your intent is to push your business to the Million $ threshold

To apply for a Micro to Millions loan from Count Me In, you must register on their website, then complete the online application. Awardees are recognized on stage at one of Count Me In’s events which are held throughout the country. Awardees are selected prior to each event and are recognized on stage at the event.

Micro Awardees receive:

• Up to $5,000 in financing from Count Me In.
• Inspiration, community and mentoring from Count Me In.
• Exposure to public relations and marketing opportunities.
• Private Yahoo Group.

Count Me In also offers the Make Mine a Million Dollar Program which gives businesswomen with revenue of more than $250,000 access to up to $50,000 loans and many additional support services including mentoring.

    I think that microloans are great way to help business owners in poor countries, altough I think that they should be available for man business owners too.
