I think this is great! Although I am not a woman, I realize that many women are mistreated in the business industry because of the traditions of yesteryear. People need to realize that nowadays women aren’t just supposed to be home makers, I think it’s great that you are promoting female enterprising and business opportunities. My blog has information on such things, but aren’t specific to one gender. If you’d like, check it out, I’m just starting out on building content but it’s getting there. Excellent post.

Ryan , Michelle, All,
Yes, this one is an awesome contest! More and more companies are coming up with this type of program because access to startup capital is #1 barrier for women trying to start a business. I’ll be posting others as often as I find out about them!

This is a great idea… interesting that a winery is having a competition like this. Too bad I’m not eligible, but let me know when the men’s competition gets started

Amanda, thanks so much for publishing this. I would not have otherwise found out about it. Fifty thousand can go a long way toward getting back in the saddle after leaving entrepreneurship behind for a number of years. Good work finding it!

@Cay it is a nice amount that can indeed go a long way. Not to worry, I will be listing others.
